Study Title: Piloting an mHealth Mindfulness Therapy to Assess Feasibility, Acceptability and Preliminary Efficacy in Caregivers of Older Adults with Memory Impairment.
Study Summary: The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility, acceptability and preliminary efficacy for Mindfulness Coach, an mHealth Mindfulness Therapy application, for caregivers of patients with dementia or cognitive impairment. Because caregivers often accompany older adults to their primary care medical appointments, we partnered with three geriatric primary care sites from RWJBarnabas Health for recruitment.
Status: Practice enrollment complete.
